I can work from your photographs or, if possible, I'll photograph your pet.
My choice images from the session, are presented in a private online gallery from which you select your favorite for me to paint.
I offer a variety of media and prices, as seen below.

Please add $200 for each additional pet on the same canvas/paper.
Depending on location of photo session there may be an additional charge.
Larger canvases require special pricing and will be quoted on an individual basis.
Shipping and handling to be added to the above prices.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work.

Brownie 12"x16" pastel on pastel paper
Brownie was recently on exhibit in The Wild Things exhibition put on by The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, at The Cotuit Center For The Arts, in Cotuit, MA.

In this case, my client gave me the only two photos that she had of her daughter's dog, Brownie. In the first photo, Brownie was laying on my client. Of course, I had to eliminate her from the portrait, as she wanted me to draw only the dog. It was to be a gift for her daughter. The second photo contained her daughter and Brownie, but wasn't a suitable image to portray. It did, though, provide me a visual of the pillows on her couch, which worked as a fine substitute 'for my client' in my drawing, as it worked with the position he was in. This is the final result.

My sponsor was The Whale Dolphin Conservation Society in Falmouth, MA. This whale brought in the highest bid in the auction, fetching $7500 to benefit the WDCS. It felt great to contribute to the welfare of the magnificent whales!
